Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Anonymizer and related services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Company
Anonymizer is developed and sold by Imaging Future ApS (CVR 39749092), Denmark. Website and distribution are provided via ec2act.
2. The Service
Anonymizer is software for anonymization and document processing.
We may modify or update features at any time.
3. Local Processing
Document processing occurs locally on your device. We do not collect or train on your documents.
You are responsible for verifying outputs before use.
4. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for:
- maintaining account security
- providing accurate information
- all activity under your account
5. Free Credits and Subscriptions
We may offer new users up to 50 free credits, corresponding to up to 50 pages, to evaluate the service.
Free credits are personal, may only be used for evaluation, and may not be abused or bypassed by creating multiple accounts, licenses, or access flows.
Free credits may be used to test the service and to reprocess your own documents, including when we release new versions with changes or improvements. You remain responsible for reviewing output before use, sharing, or publication.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- violate laws
- infringe rights
- bypass security
- misuse the service
7. Intellectual Property
All rights remain with Imaging Future ApS.
8. Third-Party Services
We use providers such as Stripe and Cloudflare.
9. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- total liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months
- this limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Danish law, unless otherwise required by local consumer laws.
14. US-Specific Notice
Some US states do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
